Due to an unexpected 3rd party cloud server problem, some users who purchased CIR100 are experiencing connection issue, and that issue couldn’t be solved with current APP. A new APP is developing with our best efforts and is expected to be available for you within 4 months. Once it’s ready, you need to install the new APP to pair with the unit. Please kindly check the instruction we will prepare before updating your CIR100 by then.
